Develop strong long-term partnerships with instructors and organizations.
Work closely with marketing team to understand the needs of customers and seek potential instructors in the various channels to meet those needs.
Be responsible for dealing and acquiring potential instructors to join PrimeSkill.
Prepare, review, and revise contract documents (for instructors) and vendor / article code requested document (for internal accounting process)
Request and prepare all materials from instructors including course structure, video clips, and marketing materials to ensure that the course will be launched on time according to marketing plan.
Coordinate with instructors for special promotion and other marketing activities.
Analyze and provide reporting related to instructor performance.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in related fields.
Minimum 3 – 5 years’ experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
Excellent presentation and presentation skill.
Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Mature, self-driven, responsible, a Can Do attitude and a passion for creative works and marketing.
Strong communication and negotiation skills and able to problem solve as well as multitask well.
